Mario Pasquale Amoroso is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento. He is currently conducting research on the integration of climate change concerns into the law of armed conflict.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Naples “Federico II” and an LL.M. from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. As part of his PhD, he has conducted research abroad, at the University of Oxford and the United Nations Library and Archives in Geneva. He has also gained practical experience working as a Legal Assistant at the International Law Commission.
His research interests include international humanitarian law, environmental law and climate change law.
