Julinda Beqiraj is a Research Fellow at the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law, British Institute for International and Comparative Law (BIICL). Before joining the Centre, Julinda obtained a Ph.D. from the School of International Studies in Trento and her doctoral dissertation focused on the international protection of the economic and social rights of migrant workers. She has lectured courses on public international law, EU law and international economic law at the University of Trento. She has also been a visiting scholar at the Institute for the Study of International Migration, ISIM (Washington D.C.), a visiting fellow at Max Planck-Institut für Sozialrecht und Sozialpolitik (Munich) and a visiting lecturer at the Yeditepe University (Istanbul).
