Chiara Tea Antoniazzi is a PhD candidate at the School of International Studies, University of Trento, Italy. She is particularly interested in the protection and promotion of human rights at the national, regional, and international levels. Her doctoral dissertation focuses on the standing of non-governmental organizations in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Trento (full marks cum laude) and spent a semester at the Law School of Maastricht University as an exchange student. Her Master’s thesis put forward a proposal for the establishment of a National Human Rights Institution in Italy.
Chiara is a native speaker of Italian. She is proficient in English and has a good command of French; she also has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
