
Caterina Milo is Postdoctoral Researcher in International Law at the University of Trento. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Naples Federico II and in 2023 she obtained a PhD in International Law from the University of Sannio, Benevento. During her PhD she was a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law in Luxembourg and in 2022 she worked as an intern at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
Her areas of academic interest include international economic law and international arbitration; during her PhD she worked on the topic of equality of parties in international adjudication, with a focus on disputes between States and individuals or investors.
